Privacy policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026. This page covers the portamem.com website and its request-access form. It does not cover the Portamem product itself, which will have its own policy.
What we collect
Only what you type into the request-access form:
- Your name and your email address
- What you'd use Portamem for
- Anything else you choose to tell us (optional)
- The date and time of your request
We don't store your IP address, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To review your request, decide on access, and email you about it. Nothing else: no newsletters, no selling or sharing your details, and no using them to train AI models.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, sent it. To do that, Cloudflare looks at signals from your browser when you submit. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that check.
Where it's stored
Requests are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which also hosts this website.
How long we keep it
We keep a request while we review it, and for up to 12 months after we reply. Then we delete it. If you're granted access, the product's own policy applies from then on.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete what you sent at any time. Email [email protected] from the address you used, and we'll do it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
